Hi, I’m Skye. 

I’m a certified integrative nutrition health coach living in Austin, Texas. Cooking has been a passion of mine for years, and I love sharing healthy recipes with others. I think that food should be exciting and delicious, no matter what restrictions or allergies you may have! 

Because I have Hashimotos – a thyroid autoimmune disease – I’ve had to change the way I eat and live my life. I know first hand how difficult of a time (post diagnosis/major diet or life change) this can be, and hope to be the support system and guidance you’ve been missing!

I don’t follow any specific diet, but I find my body feels best when I eat a diet high in plants, healthy fats, and lean proteins, and avoid dairy, grains, and refined sugars – so you’ll find most of the recipes I post here to fall under those guidelines. In addition, I like to make my recipes accessible to everyone, so whenever possible, I include swaps to make something vegan, Whole30, AIP, you name it!
