Here’s a fun and summery mocktail for all those times you’d like a festive drink to sip on, but are looking to avoid the booze. I don’t know about you, but since I have an autoimmune disease, I try to be moderate with my alcohol consumption – unfortunately this can mean feelings of missing out when everyone around you is drinking fun cocktails and you’re stuck sipping on boring old water.
Whether I’m hosting or attending the party, one of the things I’ve found to be most helpful with avoiding alcohol is always having a fun mocktail option on hand! This one using fresh blackberries and lavender is seasonally appropriate, adds a nice twist of gut healthy probiotics from the kombucha, and such a pretty color you’ll be making everyone around you wish they had one too!
